An earlier excellent collaboration with the leading international architect Ricardo Bofill and his Taller de Arqitectura studio resulted in another common project – Corso II.
Corso IIa is an office complex that will include: Corso IIa, IIb and IIc buildings. The zone planning revitalisation project for the area was elaborated in detail by Ricardo Bofill. The architectural solution of the new building and its philosophy will be a continuation of the already erected building of Corso Karlín.
Corso IIa will provide about 13,000 sq m of prime office space together with an underground car park (140 parking spaces).
